Hello,
Earlier this summer I was in Morzine, France on a week long Parkour camp - we met in Geneva, and I ended up staying over night in a hotel to get a cheaper flight than I would have had if I had gone during busier times.
I'm looking to head out there next year, and for getting to Geneva, this was pretty straightforward.
Adding Morzine into the Destinations search bar also returned Champery, a reasonably close station. Sadly, because it takes more than 2 changes, I couldn't proceed with the booking.
On the bright side though, it looks like I can definitely catch a train next July using Loco2.
Overall the booking process when Loco2 is able to find the tickets, is slick enough for me to recommend this to curious would-be travellers, and feel happy that they should be able to navigate the site with the same ease as booking a flight.
On a whim, I checked out Amsterdam as a destination1, and it tells me the info I care about (how expensive, how long, which trains I should look for) in a straight forward fashion, that makes me feel like I can use this.
I'd like to see recommendations for places to go to, or a link to wikitravel, but so far, this looking pretty polished.
Nice work!

Hi Chris, and thanks for the feedback. We've learnt some really interesting stuff from users of the site as well as in more formal user-testing we've conducted. We're going to be publishing a blog post about it soon, and releasing some of the Destinations functionality in the next few days. 7 months, 1 week ago
