Something’s gone wrong, who should I tell?

If we can't find any trains that match your search you will see a "Rail Fail" error screen. We try to give messages that are as specific as possible but sometimes we can only show a general error message.

On rare occasions you may see a screen that says "Something went wrong". This is a server error, and it means that something went wrong with the software or database that runs our website. We are notified when this happens, but any further information you can provide is always appreciated so please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
