In some rare cases bookings can fail at the point of purchase, either because of a problem with the booking system Loco2 is connected to, or because of incorrect security information being entered when the payment is being authorised. In these cases your card will not be charged, but you may see a "payment shadow" appear on your bank statement for a few days. This will expire naturally after a maximum of 6 days.
For more information, please read this post. If you find a payment shadow and would like your bank to remove it manually before it disappears, you can contact us and we'll provide an authorisation code you can use for this purpose.
