Is Loco2 a train company?

Loco2 doesn't operate trains, and we are independent of any one rail operator. We are an online travel agent focusing exclusively on rail. When you book a ticket on Loco2, we act as an agent for the purchase.

Customer service prior to or after travel comes via us, but the contract for the travel itself is between you (the traveller) and the rail operator. For more detail please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions which apply when you book a train ticket with Loco2.
