Amsterdam Central is the main train station in the Dutch capital. It is perfectly located on the edge of the city centre and is easy to reach via public transport. It's also a spectacular building on the water's edge which makes for a grand introduction to the city.

Ticket office: There are two international ticket offices at Amsterdam Central; one is located near to the exit of the metro, and another at the other end of the concourse. Opening hours at 0600 to 2100 daily.

Bureau de change/ATM: There is one bank in the station for currency exchange. There are several ATMs which dispense local currency € (euros).
Left luggage: There is a 24-hour consignment for left luggage lockers.
Wheelchair access: This is a large building, with step-free access from the main concourse to all platforms. Please allow extra time if you require assistance or ramps for boarding the train. Staff will be happy to help.
